The property we were interested in we came across only a few days before it was going to Auction. Nik was very helpful in assisting us. We had not attended an auction before and Nik sat with us and explained as it went along. It was very fast and a little daunting. Nik supported us well through it all. We were fortunatley successful in purchasing the property after Auction. Nik has been very responsive and assisting with any questions or follow up that has been needed.
