All changes to the contract were duly noted, leasing with the vendor's Power of Attorney to ensure vacant possession was achieved. During the final inspection being thorough with the multitude of keys to fit the locks and garage remotes. On Settlement day promptly arriving to open up as the removalists began to unload, ensuring that a great positive experience was achieved.
