Nikala is friendly and was quick to respond to any of our queries, which made the buying process really easy for us. She was very prompt in being able to get a contract in place on Christmas Eve, after a short turnaround from offers being made! Motivated buyers and sellers will be pleased to deal with Nikala.
We found nikala to be very personable and easy to deal with our purchase.
After my horrible experience with the previous agent , Nikala was very professional & understanding. Would recommend anybody to use Nikala great & happy experience to sell .

Nicola and her team were flawless in their approach to selling our home. Her marketing campaign was great and she sold our home for more than I could have expected. Would highly recommend her and her team.
We found Nikala had extensive knowledge of the Sinnamon Park property market .She proved to be an effective communicator and was very professional with all aspects of the process. A pleasure to do business with her.
After talking to a few agents in the area we knew Nicala was the right agent for us and she did not dissapoint. Nicala went beyond what we expected from her and we can’t recommend her enough .
My dealings with Nikala have far exceeded my expectations in respect to all aspects of my selling experience. Not only from the get go did she prove herself to be highly personable professional but she also immediately gave me the confidence that our desired result was not only achievable but one that she felt was indeed surpassable... And she was proven correct, with our sale setting a new high for prices achieved in the complex. Nothing was too much trouble for Nikala. Her many contacts within the building industry allowed her to put us in contact with numerous local trades people who helped freshen up the property prior to sale. Living on the Sunshine coast, it would have been difficult to coordinate all of these people so Nikala took on this role and all work was completed on time and to an excellent standard. To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement ! It certainly has been a joy to work with Nikala throughout this entire process. Her many interactions with my wife and I, whilst always very professional were warm, caring, comfortable and sprinkled with good humour. It was clear that the depth of her understanding of her industry and the market's operational quirks were reflective of a highly experienced operator and a person who generates trust and confidence in her clients. As such I do not hesitate in recommending Nikala O'Brien as an agent of the highest integrity, a genuinely good person and someone who, if the opportunity arose again I would engage to market my property in a blink.
Nikala was absolutely amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to make the selling process smooth and stress-free. She was so knowledgeable about the market and offered invaluable advice on how to prepare my home for sale. Thanks to her expertise, we were able to sell our home quickly and for a great price. I cannot thank Nikala enough for her professionalism and dedication. Her help made the entire process so much easier. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
I found Nikala and her team very informative , easy to talk too, had great knowledge of the area including the properties on the market and also the sales in the suburb. They were a great help with the staging and photography through to market presentation. As the house was vacant, it was ideal that we were able to give Nikala full access as required and trust that our property was cared for. I thought as agents of my property they presented very professionally. The quality of the marketing brochures etc was very high and I felt that Nikala and her team had a real personal interest in our property and respected the circumstances of putting our house in their hands, and that they were excited and proud to market it on our behalf .
Choosing Bell Property was the best decision I made. Nicola was absolutely amazing to work with. Her dedication went above and beyond to make the selling process seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market, providing invaluable advice on how to present my home in its best light. Thanks to her expertise, we were able to secure a quick sale at a fantastic price. I cannot express enough gratitude for Nicola's professionalism and unwavering support. Her guidance made the entire process so much easier than I could have imagined. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
