Nikala was very prompt in responding to our queries and liaising between the seller and us. I was impressed how she handled the conditions of sale on behalf of the seller as they were living interstate. She did a fair amount of work in coordinating the things that needed to be fixed which I’ve never known an agent to do. Nikala was also helpful in providing contacts for tradesman and suggestions on how to improve the place. As we are new to the State, this was very helpful. Overall a good service from Belle Property. Thank you.

Nikala was friendly, honest, reliable and helpful.

Could not have asked for any better service from Nikala and the team. The whole process was super easy. Highly recommended, thank you Nikala.

Nikala offered great knowledge about the area and services required to sell our house successfully. She went above and beyond to get the deal done.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Always available to take a call no matter what time it was. Excellent communication to us throughout the whole process of the sale of the property. Securing a sale price that we were very happy with! Couldn’t recommend Nikala enough.

This was a very easy buy. Nothing was a hassle, responsive to questions & seemed open & fair.

Absolute rockstars, communication was clear and effective (no funky business). I can say Nikala and her team are the real deal. I cannot wait to continue the relationship and see what else they can offer. Highly recommended.

Nikala is a total professional. She always replied to my queries no matter the time of day. She was able to connect me with a painter and spoke screen installer. She was able to negotiate a fantastic price on my behalf and always has a smile and calming presence in what is a stressful time.

Nikala was great to deal with, the whole house selling process ran very smoothly due to Nikala managing all the details and ensuring we were fully communicated with, highly recommend
