Consummate professional

After my 88y.o father went into residential care, my mother decided to sell their home. We interviewed 6 real estate agents looking for the consummate professional, with superior local market knowledge and exemplary communication and negotiation skills. Moreover, we needed an agent who was not only astute - but emotionally intuitive; someone who would be sensitive to mum's needs and situation. Nikala surpassed our expectations in every way. We found her to be an incredible 'reader' of people, who is obviously passionate about what she does. Nikala guided and reassured us at every obstacle and provided us with options based on logic and objectivity. I am forever grateful for her compassion and care of mum during a difficult time in her life.
