As a buyer you're aware that the agent is working for the vendor, but it's nice when the agent still manages to make the transaction a pleasant and simply one. From a buyer perspective Niki plays a straight bat, gets answers to questions instead of just making things up on the spot, and follows you up to take your offer to the vendor.
