Would definitely recommend , mainly dealt with Chelsea whose was very easy to work with . Property exchange charge top dollar for fee's ,our house sold first home open & no negotiation on reducing fee's which was disappointing . Advertising expensive next time did not need to to the leaflets & a smaller sign would of been better.

After ten years working overseas we were looking at coming home and settling down in Perth. We were not able to actually fly back to see the property due to work commitments so we had to buy from what we could see from the property market online. For us, communication was key to making the purchase of our home a stress free experience. Communication with Chelsea Peinke and the office was prompt and clear.
