Review for Niki Stockham

We have meet Niki first as agent of other properties, while we were searching for our new home. Niki impressed us with her great knowledge about the places she sold and her really involved behaviour when it came to ask questions and find information. When it was time to sell our place, we believed that this really “being on the ball“ attitude of Niki, would benefit the sale of our house. Niki tried to kept us updated, with what happened during the open house days and eventually presented us with a buyer. The sale price Nicki negotiated for us, was not quite what we hoped for, but I guess it was a realistic sales price for the area and the condition of the place. As this was the only time we sold a house, it is hard to say if our sales experience, with Niki was better or worse than with another real estate agent. However I can say that Niki was always there for us, managed elegantly questions from buys and even organised the cleaners and removalists if we would have needed them.
