We are based in Sydney and engaged Nikki to sell a property an investmenr property outside Perth. Nikki was the ultimate professional! She communicated openly and made the process as easy and smooth for us as possible. She responded to every question, no matter how big or small and gave us absolute confidence we had chosen the right agent. She expertly managed a number of difficult matters that arose from the buyers and we could not recommend her highly enough!
Having Nikki sell our house was the most stress free most comfortable experience I’ve ever had! 10/10 would recommend anyone wanting to sell a house to give Nikki a call! She’s great, nice and knows what she’s doing!
Nikki & Britney have made the purchase of our new home & sale of old an absolute pleasurable experience. JW residential has far exceeded our expectations, nothing was a problem & they are very quick to answer any questions!!!
Nikki was fantastic from day one; efficient, approachable and transparent. I would give greater than 5 stars with her assistance with selling our families first home and guiding us through the process. A wonderful woman and an impressive real estate agent.
I thought selling my house would be very stressful, as I didn’t know how to do it. I’m so glad I turned to Nikki and her TEAM. She and her TEAM made all the worries disappear, took control of the situation, and we had two offers within two weeks! I’m thankful that I decided to go with Nikki . Do the same, and you won’t regret it!
Nikki (and Brit!) at JW Residential was an absolute pleasure to deal with when I sold my house in Port Kennedy earlier this year. From first contact through until after the sale, she was professional, prompt, thorough and easygoing. Nikki's knowledge of the local market and excellent approach to selling meant that my property was sold (for more than estimated by any of the other agents I spoke to) in less than 7 days from listing. Whether buying or selling, Nikki and the JW team will be my first call in future.
Nikki was exceptional from the start. She responded promptly and ensured everything progressed smoothly. Nikki and her team kept me informed throughout the entire process and assisted me with aspects of the sale I was unfamiliar with. She provided an accurate valuation and achieved the promised price quickly. Thank you, Nikki and team. I will definitely turn to you again in the future.
We enlisted Nikki and her team with our investment property, she and her team did not disappoint, the whole process was simple and easy. Listing description was on point, pictures looked amazing. Price point was very reasonable for the market at the time. Communications were outstanding. The property was under off in less than a week. We would most definitely recommend Nikki.
