Nikki was the best right from the beggining. We were not sure about selling our house, Nikki came over and valued our house and explained the process of selling. There was no hard sell just friendly and professional service. We had another agency around to give us a valuation. Because of Nikki's professionalism we decided to go with Nikki. Nikki always kept us informed as to the progress, reported back to us on how the home opens progressed. Managed to potential buyers, even when we had a setback which was out of Nikki's control she was always professional. We only had 3 homes open before the house was sold, for a considerable amout more than we asked. The progression of the paper waork was easy and the sale went through with out a hitch.
