Could not be happier with the Nikki and the team at JW residential. Our house sold very quickly at a price much higher than we were hoping for.

Nikki and her team were simply amazing. Her calm and professional approach was first class from the get-go. Nikki's pricing and planning was clear and transparent, not to mention extremely competitive, and she stuck to the plan even when the market was telling us something different. Nikki constantly monitored the market and made whatever changes were necessary to attract buyers through our property. The biggest surprise came at Sale time when Nikki was able to far exceed our expectations.
