Very impressed with JW's start to end sales and advertising managament of property. Open transparent communication with no hidden surprises and an exceptionally well presented advertisement for the property. If I had another in WA, I would not go to anyone else for the managing the sale. Thank you JW Real Estate and shout to Nikki for a job well done!
Clearly we were impressed by Nikki from the start. We found JW to be a class act and leader in the coastal properties knowledge and advice. We were aware of Nikki and her team ( Britney) as soon as we made an inquiry and within the same 12 hour period we had secured our new home. Such was the speed and response. Britney and Nikki were excellent. We would have no hesitation in Recommending JW every time .
Since me & my partner both FIFO, we missed out on the official home opening. Nevertheless, Nikki made it as if we did inspect in person by sending us a walkthrough of the property. This is our 3rd property to our portfolio and to be honest, never thought we would buy a home without inspecting it in person. But as mentioned above, Nikki, Britney & her team made buying easy and their communication was flawless! THANKS :)
Nikki and Britney were extremely professional and exceeded our expectations at every turn. They listened to our needs (fast sale to secure our new property) and boy did they deliver! We had one proper home open, several offers to consider and Nikki and Britney found a buyer who we believe was equally happy with the process. They were a breeze to communicate with and not too pushy like some other agents we had come across. We couldn't recommend these guys more!
Nikki was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was consistently positive, patient, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Her communication was excellent — clear, timely, and reassuring at every step. Most importantly, she achieved a great result and secured an excellent price for my property. Nikki clearly knows her craft and is very good at what she does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
Nikki and her team at JW Residential were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their communication was clear and consistent, the process was smooth, and nothing ever felt too hard or rushed. Nikki is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for her clients. The whole team was friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t recommend JW Residential highly enough if you’re looking for a reliable, results-driven agency
Worked together with us to get the best outcome selling our property. Easy to deal with and was very professional. Good liasing with tennants as well.

When Nikki came to value our house, I knew straight away that she was my choice. Nikki is straight forward, realistic and very knowledgeable about the current market. Her communication throughout was excellent and we sold very quickly for a very good price. All thanks to Nikki!
