We are very happy with the service provided as the house was sold before it hit the market through Nikki's contacts and made a lot more money then expected. When i had a issue or was worried but something nikki was available to answer my question straight away on the first phone call and i did not need to leave a message. She is very motivated to make the best outcome for her clients and I highly recommend Nikki for a fantastic real estate agency to help sell your house.

I first contacted Nikki enquiring about a property which had just sold. I mentioned what I was looking for but wasn’t expecting a call back for a while. To my surprise, not even 10 minutes had passed and my phone was ringing with a property listing the following week. I asked if it could be viewed that day and if we liked what we saw an offer will be made. Nikki kept things clear, and precise and made additional effort to be available when we were (even though she was off on annual leave). This was a seamless process from viewing to settlement which was less than a month. Thanks so much Nikki for helping my family purchase our first home.

Nikki was very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable of the real estate in our area. We have tried to sell our property twice in the past with no success but Nikki had a cash offer within 24 hours of listing. The property settled in 5 weeks. We are extremely happy with Nikki and her team.

Nikki was wonderfully supportive and helpful throughout the whole process of listing and selling our home. She was prompt with calls, emails and contracts and knew the market well. We had Nikki come to give us an evaluation, a week later we listed, photos were taken, a home open was arranged immediately and 3 days after we accepted an offer. The whole process has been a breeze. Highly recommend Nikki and the Agency.

We bought a home off Nikki and she was amazing, she made us feel just as important as her client. She has care, professionalism and really good attention to detail. Nothing was too hard for her, anytime we called or had a question she was on it.

Nikki is absolutely amazing to deal with, very professional. From our first interaction to the day of settlement, it's been nothing short of amazing. Living interstate I needed to find an agent who had our best interest at heart, after consulting a couple of agents I felt most comfortable with her. Her knowledge and strategy helped me secure a quick deal. She is a great agent, with great skills and fantastic communication. I would highly recommend and thank her for such a wonderful experience.

Thanks Nikki, you made purchasing our new home so easy. Your friendly manner and personalised approach assisted us to purchase our home and get it ready to move in with minimum stress.

Selling or Buying a house, Nikki & Roz are your girls. These two lovely ladies are a power duo team with both having lots of experience & very professional We have recently purchased a property from Nikki & Roz, & I am lost for words at how smoothly it was. If only I knew before we had another agent sell our place! They are both knowledgeable, honest, hard working property managers. Always kept in contact (with our settlement being 2 months plus) we all kept in contact & was kept in the loop with everything happening in the process! I can't thank them enough for everything!

Nikki was excellent to deal with. Good communication, even with our tenants that had to put up with home opens. She obviously works hard in the background and we as keeping her clients well informed. I would use Nikki again and recommend her to anyone wanting a quality service.

I recently purchased one IP in WA through one of the intelligent sales agents Nikki. From the start to finish, she has always been patient to answer all questions that I have and is very responsive. Definitely will go with her again if I am looking to buy in WA.

My wife and I have been buying and selling properties for more than two decades. In that time we have had dealings with 17 agents, across six real estate agencies, prior to engaging with The Agency. We can honestly attest that The Agency, and more directly Nikki de Rijcke, provided a service far beyond expectations and far advanced from that we have ever experienced. Upon initial engagement with Nikki de Rijcke, I sensed a genuine desire to help. Rather than immediately concentrating on the specifics of the sale, Nikki took the time to get to know us and formulate a clear understanding of what it was we were trying to achieve. After that initial phone call, I remember turning to my wife and saying, “we’re on a winner here”, and I wasn’t wrong. Nikki provided realistic advice regarding the salability of the property and was honest, and accurate, in her assessment of the market. Nikki continuously strived to ensure we received the most from the sale which ultimately delivered a result far superior than the best estimates provided by other real estate companies. I would strongly recommend The Agency, and more specifically Nikki de Rijcke, to anyone looking for the highest standards of professional service in Real Estate matters.

Nikki was fantastic through out the whole process. From the first time we talked with Nikki, she showed us the house and was completely transparent about any defects. After the inspections, she worked diligently to ensure everything is addressed properly. She was always available and accommodating with other parties who need access to the house. Absolute pleasure working with Nikki and definitely will use her again when we buy around this area of Perth!!!!
