Optimistic from start to finish

We listed our property in The Peninsula, Monterey Keys with Nikki because of her record achieving sales in our area and nearby. She remained extremely optimistic and upbeat during what was at times a challenging selling campaign, ultimately achieving a record price for a lowset house on the creekside. There was an added twist as Coastal also had the listing of a property in Hope Island in which we declared an interest, and Nikki and her assistant Jordy did well to juggle everything and keep at the task of ensuring that both our sale and purchase came to fruition on the same day.
