Nikki Janover has twice now organised the sale of my house. On each occasion she has made things stress free for me through the trauma of preparing for the sale, inspections and finally the auction. Each time she has made shrewd strategic advertising and sales decisions which resulted in newspaper and television articles and consequently high inspection rates and high turnout of intending buyers. The overall result was the sale price far exceeding my reserve and expected price.
