Exceeding our expectations....

Nikki was of great support in selling our house in East St Kilda. We had a difficult house to sell in the current market and having been unsuccessful some years previously in securing a sale for the property it became clear that a different strategy was needed. Nikki developed a new plan of attack with us and put it straight into place. She managed it all with a minimum of fuss whilst keeping us well informed along the way. We sold prior to auction and importantly well above our reserve due to her and her teams wonderful negotiation skills at the 11th hour. I really felt she went the extra yard to get the best possible value for us. It was a great relief and we would like to thank her and the team at Gary Peer for such professional service and for exceeding our expectations.
