I spent a lot of time searching for a home I loved and was within my desired area and budget. I inspected several homes and nearly every inspection was a private one lead by Nikki. She took the time to take me through these homes, even if it was outside her working hours. She was so patient and so understanding. Not to mention, she would message me about up and coming listings that she thought I’d be interested in. Eventually, she helped my partner and I find a beautiful home that ticked so many of our boxes. Thank you Nikki! We appreciate it so much.

We worked with Nikki Kable, who was a great fit for us. We had many questions, whilst Nikki may not have had an answer at the time, she was prompt at getting back to us when she did. The only thing that disappointed us with this experience is that a property could be put on the market before probate was completed, which is delaying our time to get access. I have lived in another country for many years and purchased 2 houses there, and this is not something that is done.
