At the first open home the owners of the house were present , this is the first time I have ever known the owners to be in their at the time of the open home , and each inspection we had the owners were home ! found it a little uncomfortable to have a really good look at the house as nice as the owners seemed it still was quiet wired . We have just both sold our own homes and never once were present while we had a open home . Also I felt we had to ask all the questions about the house instead of the agent telling us anything about it , I know your not selling a car but a little more incentive from the agent would have been appreciated , as the owners pay a huge commission fee . I hope this feed back is some use to your agency

To be quite candid it was a 'long, long journey' on the road to finally confirming the purchase - however, my hat goes off to Nikki for her unwavering patience, excellent communication and demonstrated negotiation skills.
