We first met Nikki outside our rental property, and immediately felt at ease with her professionalism (a word often used excessively and inappropriately these days, but we mean it), as she advised how to best present our unit for sale. Nikki had contacts in all the areas we needed- painting, carpets, window treatments, carpentry and electrical areas, and was able to organize quickly, those people. All produced outstanding results, enabling our property to produce an excellent result. As we live hours away, in the country, we had great confidence in Nikki looking after stages of activity in the unit, and she was in constant contact with us, as to progress.
