As far as I was concerned Nikki worked seamlessly in the background taking a lot of pressure off me. I was pleased that Nikki quickly understood the type of property we wanted to sell and how we needed to sell within a tight time frame. Nikki suggested an auction method of sale because it would attract buys with less complicated financing so making it easier to meet our deadlines. The quick sale still required Nikki's skills to bring the offered price up to our expectations. Thereafter Nikki kept the buyer's interest while we negotiated various buyer requests. Nikki's contacts were very helpful to get to our agreeable outcome.

Second time selling with Team Varga, it was a no brainer to engage them again after my first successful experience. This time, we used Openn Negotiation which I was satisfied with. It would be fair to say that the settlement did not go as smoothly as we all would have hoped (through no fault of Vivid!). Nik, Nikki and Jess were amazing, working out of hours and I'm quite sure beyond what is typically expected of a real estate agent to get my sale across the line. They were able to organise tradies quickly and at a reasonable cost. Getting to settlement was a very challenging time. I am quite certain that without the support of Team Varga, settlement would not have happened. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond meant that I could trust that they would ensure everything was attended to promptly and appropriately.
