We had been looking to move home for about three years. We consulted with a number of agents in terms of selling our property, we met maybe fifty or more agents in our search for a new home, and we never came close to meeting anyone with whom we felt as comfortable as Nikki. There is a huge variety of people working as real estate agents but we never met anyone else with Nikki's level of knowledge and experience - except perhaps her father, Nik. Over time we came to realise that Nikki is a warm and caring individual, which is an uncommon quality in the cut-and-thrust of the real estate industry, and we we found ourselves trusting her decisions and her judgements completely. She never let us down. We initially spoke to Nikki after speaking to a number of other agents - she had been recommended by friends who, like us, found her commitment and ability to be a welcome and refreshing change, and we never had any cause to question our choice of estate agent.
