Nikki is a breath of fresh air in a stale industry. Where you expect copy and paste answers, she is specific, transparent, and actually takes the time to understand the offer our buyers wanted to make. This settlement had some moving parts as her sellers were also purchasing property, which caused a few delays. Nikki's communication and forward preparation ensured that all parties were well-equipped to deal with any obstacles that inevitably came up with a complex settlement. Last year we purchased over 155 properties in Perth Metro so we know a great agent from a good one and Nikki is a cut above the rest!!!!!!
