We had a lot of problems with the property presented to market what with storm damage etc etc plus the market in the area in which the property was located was very slow - but one of the really good things about the Varga team is that they kept us well informed, recommended people to solve problems and kept on with the home openings and personal presentations despite some adversities - before successfully achieving a sale.

They say you must select an agent that you are comfortable with and one that thinks like you. When putting my home in Willetton on the market I had 4 agents appraise the property and decided to go with Varga Reality. Nikki and her team were the perfect choice. From the time I met Nikki until my property sold, she worked tirelessly and diligently, with her communication being outstanding. Her valuation of the property was spot on, resulting in an offer on the first day of opening. Unfortunately, due to finances this offer fell through. Not long after Nikki received another offer with this also falling through. Nikki’s enthusiasm and work ethics didn’t falter, and she continually ensured me that the right purchaser would come along. On receiving the third offer, also subject to finance, Nikki and her team ensured everyone (buyer and seller) were kept completely informed of their responsibilities and the time frame for the offer to become unconditional. Then came the settlement process, which because I had moved back to Noosa became a bit of a challenge, but once again Nikki and her team were always there assisting us all to achieve the end result.
