Nik got the sale done in the end .. it took a lot longer than expected due to holidays and illness and a collapse of finance on the first offer .. To Nik's credit he soldiered on rewardless and wrote another offer which we accepted and settled although the sales commission percentage was a little high considering .... I feel that the home was worth closer towards Nik's original valuation than the amount we settled on .. The sale process was smooth and Varga Realty have very good office staff and convenient facilities ..Nikki was absent during our sale process and would be a big in for the sales team I would think .. Nik and Nikki went above and beyond for us during our sale in Willetton. Not only did they give pre sale advice in terms of how we should market, but they also pushed us out of our comfort zone with twilight openings and using open negotiation (online auction). This was something we were extremely hesitant about in the beginning but we trusted their knowledge and advice and in doing that we achieved amazing results in the end!! Our property was marketed for only 2 weeks and we booked in our auction. This was great advice by Nik & Nikki as we had already achieved our reserve before the auction had officially started. Nikki was amazing at our final inspection after sale & pre settlement and made it as smooth as possible. I will never sell with anyone else. Nik & Nikki are truly the best in the business and the care we received was quiet amazing.
