It's been a very positive experience with Team Varga in the process of from initial negotiation to finalisation of the purchase. I found everyone at varga to be proficient proffesional and polite. That's all you want in your agent. I did not give a star rating for Nikki's negotiating as Mel was the negotiator on this occasion.

Purchasing my first home I was very worried, but from the minute I walked into the Home Open I was not at all intimidated, there were no pushy sales person following me around and putting pressure on me. Nikki and Mel were amazing, always 2 steps ahead of me and ensuring everything went smoothly, I put my offer in and 3 weeks later I have the keys to my property! I had a 3 week problem free turn around! All questions were answered promptly and they even organised for me to look through the house again once the offer was accepted!
