My dealings with Nikki Varga were excellent. From the time she carried out the appraisal Nikki called it as she saw it, including providing various recommendations around the marketing and pre-sale issues in a matter of fact way. Nikki responded quickly every time I contacted her and kept me in the loop with feedback from buyers and (after we secured a contract at a sale price that far exceeded my expectations) the progress by the Buyer in obtaining finance right thru the pre-settlement inspection process and right up to settlement. Nikki is driven to achieving the best outcome for her clients and I highly recommend her to anyone considering selling.
