Excellent job Nikki. Two great sales, above what we thought. Nikki knows the Darwin market better than most and has great knowledge and experience. Excellent communicator with regular updates on all inspections and feedback above and beyond. Thank you Nikki.
Our agent Nikki was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. She kept us informed every step of the way, providing regular updates on local market conditions, including recent comparable sales in the area, shifting buyer demand, and average days on market. Nikki also gave excellent advice on pricing strategy based on current trends, negotiated confidently to achieve a great outcome, and made selling our home a smooth and stress-free experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

This is the second house we have sold with Nikki. She is an excellent agent, that got us a good price both times, but importantly kept us advised at all stages. Everything went very smoothly and can’t fault anything about the process. I would definitely recommend Nikki.
We were very happy with Nikki. We were recommended by a good friend of ours that also spoke highly about her. She was interested in our move, and happy to help with all aspects. Helpfull, informative and kind. We have no negatives regarding Nikki and the selling of our property.

Nikki and the team at Core Realty have been amazing to work with throughout the sale of our home. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to secure an excellent price in a very short period of time. Thank you Nikki and the Core Realty team!
Nikki is a very confident agent and is great at selling properties. Others offered to get much lower prices but Nikki got above and beyond what we were being told. Wishful thinking turned to reality. Great work Nikki.
