Higgins & Co are amazing agents. They went above and beyond for myself and my mother when it come to selling her house they helps us to find the perfect place for my mother that was newly renovated that hadn’t even been listed yet. After helping us find the place for my mother they then listed my mothers house of 17 years online. After a few open houses Higgins and Co came back to us telling us they had some people interested in the house. After a short time of the people being interested they made us an offer that was what we looking for. If it was not for Nikkole and Darrell pushing the vendors we would have not received the price we were looking.
