The best agent I have ever dealt with

Nima is the most professional, involved and persuasive agent of the many I have dealt with over a long course of property transactions. I do not write reviews as a rule, but I have made an exception, as dealing with Nima has been a pleasure all the way through. He is polite, incredibly knowledgeable about the area and market, very persuasive and above all actually honest. Yes, I never thought I would come across an agent whom I actually trusted, but he deeply cares about all of the people involved in the transaction and works with his team ten times harder than any other agent I have met to close the deal. He is the best negotiator I have come across and though I paid more than I intended as the purchaser in this instance, I have come away with any of the negative feeling I usually get from dealing with agents. If you are a buyer you will benefit from his deep market expertise, incredible and responsive customer service and enthusiasm, though you may end up paying more than you intended. After this experience I will certainly use Nima and his team the next time I sell a property and cant recommend him highly enough.
