Nima showed us a property we were interested in and it was a bit over our price range. He then spent time finding out what we were after and genually seemed interested in us and our needs. He then found a simular propery that wasnt even listed at the time and arranged for multiple visits to this property. We ended up buying the second propery through Nima.
