Nima did a great job selling our property, we had a tenant in the property and he was able to negotiate with the tenant to provide access and also deal with a tricky situation when it came time for settlement and the tenant was reluctant to move out. All along the way he kept us informed of the interest and buyers. Nima got us s great price given the current market and so we would definitely use his services again if the need arises.
