This is the second time we have engaged Ning Widjaja’s services to sell property, the most recent being our family home in Carlingford, in mid 2022, which formed part of our Mother’s deceased estate. Selecting Ning as our sales agent to sell this property was a “no brainer”! She had a proven track record from our previous sale, but also an intuitive understanding of the market, and of people. That’s a rare gift! When it comes to customer service, Ning wrote the book! She communicated with each family member individually during the entire process, and kept us all well-informed. She was thorough, methodical and organised with every aspect of the sale, liaising with all parties involved with great ease and confidence, including all of the bureaucracy and red tape that comes with real estate. Even in a rapidly deteriorating property market, Ning stayed the course, and her sheer determination and professionalism got us over the line, securing a great result! Her enthusiasm and naturally happy disposition was greatly appreciated! Yet again, we were thoroughly impressed by Ning’s professionalism! Her efforts and dedication in selling our property was exemplary, and we have no hesitation in recommending her to any prospective clients.

My first home buying experience with Ning was not what I expected. If you are looking to sell your property, Ning will go above and beyond to get you the best price and settlement date you want. However, if you are looking at buying a property that Ning has listed, as I did, you may find yourself put under pressure from the get go by being presented with a silent and final bid document at the open house which I've since discovered is just a 'legally' questionable sales tactic. You may also be put under pressure to sign the Contract of Sale sooner than you are comfortable with and be expected to have legal and financial resources available to review the contract at the click of your fingers or risk losing the property. I was put under a huge deal of pressure to settle in an unrealistic timeframe given how close to Christmas it was. Ning is excellent at getting things moving fast so I will definitely compliment her on things I needed from her vendor in order to have my finance approved at such short notice. Ning did recommend a good solicitor who helped me with the whole process (at a higher price than I planned of course) however, had she not made this recommendation, I would not have got the property she was selling as the two solicitors I had lined up could not review the contract in the timeframe Ning/vendor expected. Ning's focus is understandably and primarily on the vendor and she did remind me of this several times during the whole process. By putting all her focus on the vendor, Ning risked losing me, a serious buyer, due to aggressive negotiations. Ning needs to be a bit more sensitive and accommodating to the buyers situation too. Ning does talk very fast and at times I felt like I was being left behind and concerned I might overlook important information when things were being explained to me, especially given it was my first time buying a home.

Ning is a highly efficient and professional Agent who handles everything with a positive, and personable attitude. Ning treats both Vendors and Purchasers with the same level of respect and diligence to ensure that all communication, negotiations and transactions progress as smoothly as possible. Highly recommended.
