We had a really bad experience with Nino. She excels at speaking over the top of people and discounts the concerns raised by putting her unique ‘positive spin’ on things. Self-centered - On settlement day Nino wanted us to meet her somewhere to get the key to the house we bought. She has a very important life and she’ll make you well aware of that! My wife left a voicemail to her in tears pleading with her that she drop the key off at the house when it settled, as we had such a stressful day due to dramas on her sellers side of the sale. Then when it settled she texted me asking ‘where do you want me to meet you’. After a heated exchange over the phone the key was delivered. Discounting others concerns - During the process Nino did not disclose to us that a sizeable shed on the property was being removed - either verbally on on the contract. From our experience with other agents during our property search we had been given several preliminary contracts of sale which had noted exclusions such as sheds being removed. Nino’s response to this ‘think of it like this - good spot for your pool’. Nino was very well aware of our frustrations with her as well as her seller during the sale process. We raised an issue with the Area Specialist people in Melbourne which we thought was the head office but were told Nino was her own boss and works for herself . The people in Melbourne did inform Nino of our complaint, but instead of going the extra mile to help us on settlement day she made the process even more stressful by messaging to ask why it hadn’t settled and warning there’d be penalties. When I told her it was an issue at her sellers end it all of a sudden became a ‘don’t stress it will all be fine’. When it settled later Nino still wanted us to go to her to get the keys, as she texted earlier in the day saying she needed to go out to dinner. Meanwhile the agent who sold our property actually helped us move in! Customer Service 1/5. Listening 1/5.
