We basically “interviewed” Nishant before choosing him to be our agent to sell our property. On top of that, he showed knowledge of the property by explaining the area of the house and its functionality to serve its purpose. He not only listened attentively to our questions but responded respectfully without interrupting. During that initial interaction, he topped our list to be our agent. Nishant gave us the impression that he’s done his homework about the property he was selling at the time, and confirmed that he will do the same for us.
