The indicative sale price range was encouraging and within 3 days a deal was done in principle for a price at the highest end of the range. Nita has followed up on several occasions to keep me informed of progress, advise the current tenants through a vacation notice, and also outline the proposed settlement date and the key fees, charges, etc, that will apply.
