Negative experience with Nitin
Will never recommend anyone to buy house from Nitin Rana. He makes false promises. We regret buying house through him. Being first home buyer, he took advantage of us. He will play around you being very sweet and honest. Once you sign contract, will show his colour. We bought under construction. He pressured us like anything to sign the unconditional contract and once we did that he started threatening us saying will not return our deposit and we will loose this deal, and left us alone to deal with incomplete house. Will advise to stay away from such real estate agents like him.
