Both sales have exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond their call of duty on several occasions. As a simple example Nivin went a step further in contacting the buyers mortgage broker to confirm the finance situation of the buyer (contract was subject to finance) and gave us 99% confidence that the sale would not fall through before we signed.
