Noel is a gentlemen and a skilled agent..... one who does what he says he will do. He does not over promise, in our expirence, now going back over 2 purchases in the past 8 years, he over delivers. If he says "leave it to me"..... you can. We have done this twice, in respect of significantly valuable properties. We are very happy with the results, which, but for Noel may not have been achieved.
