This agent sold me this property while also managing it from a rental perspective. On the transfer of ownership, literally the morning of completion, they decided to end their management and pass it to me without any forewarning or discussion. Once we agreed they would continue to manage they were woeful. Not only would it take weeks to get answers to emails, but I was also billed multiple times incorrectly and on one occasion even agreed to a purchase for the property (drying machine) by the tenant for which I would apparently pay half - all of which done without any consultation with me or permission to do so. The final nail was finding out that the landlord insurance they had arranged for me still had the previous owners details on the certificate, which meant I was effectively not covered and completely exposed. I called a meeting to hand over all management to me and for them to explain their shortcomings. They spent the whole meeting blatantly lying despite me providing pages of emails proving their incompetence and outright lies. Noel, as the principal, just sat there playing dumb and added zero value. If would NEVER recommend this agent to anyone for either managing a sale of a property or managing an investment property.

Noel was exceptionally easy to deal with. He was calm and professional and instilled in me a confidence, honesty and integrity that doesn’t often get associated with real estate agents!

Noel and his team at Belle were both well considered in their approach and easy to deal with for the sale of my apartment in the Aquilon building. Not only did we get a great price but managed to sell it quickly in a tricky market!

The sale process went smoothly. Communications on vendor expectations and during the negotiation process were clear. Perhaps the only issue, and it is very minor, is that during the open I attended there weren't enough agents on side to be able to show the pool/parking areas. Also, there's no "N/A" option in the auction process selection in this survey.
