My experience selling with Noel Susay and Sharon Quick through Buxton Hampton East in 2025 was very disappointing. The process lacked transparency, with an inaccurate appraisal, missed offers, a failure to disclose a potential conflict of interest, and one unattended open-for-inspection. This review reflects my personal experience only. I do not recommend this agency based on that experience and have lodged official complaints with Consumer Affairs Victoria and VCAT.

Noel is the ultimate professional. We met him at 2 open homes and while they didn’t suit us he did listen carefully to what we wanted. He didn’t waste our time by sending us unsuitable properties and he clearly has a broad range of connections with past customers and builders which certainly helped us get a property that really suited us. It was never a problem to show us the property on a number of occasions often the same or next day. He knew the property intimately so he obviously does his homework by and was able to get specifics from the vendor that we wanted to know. He called us within 20 minutes of settlement to congratulate us and let know that settlement had occurred. I cannot recommend Noel highly enough for both buying and selling and thank him for the great result he got for us

I would highly recommend him. He was honest and transparent and made the whole process very easy for me as a first time buyer. He was a very good communicator and very organised. He is very passionate about his work and I am very grateful for the experience I had.

Noel sold our house in a tough market, it took longer than we hoped to sell but he always communicated well with us, he gave us good advice, and at the end of the day he sold our house for a price we were really happy with. We found him to be a really genuine person too which made us comfortable having him sell our home.

From the moment I engaged Noel and his team to sell two properties as Executor of a Deceased Estate, he worked tirelessly to achieve a positive outcome.
