Nola is a lovely person and very easy to deal with. She has great communication skills and always gave me notice of home opens and when someone wanted a private inspection. Nola and her team were great in selling our property. We were after a quick sale and her knowledge of the area enabled us to set a sale price which we were comfortable with, and through her negotiation skills she was able to deliver in a very short time. Nola presents a very laid back approach, which relates to her knowing her job well. A bit more communication would have been appreciated, but again Nola does know what she is doing and we were probably a bit too anxious.

Feel there should have been better communication from the e rental agent, we advised that the property would be professionally cleaned, this did not happen!
