We were blessed to have Norma as our estate agent. We got chatting to her at an open for inspection of a nearby property and liked her. She is not pushy, while still being assertive. She is honest and direct in all dealings with us. After the successful auction of the nearby property she phoned us to say that several of the people interested in that property would be more than interested in our house as our house was larger and in a great street. We decided to give her a chance and give her three weeks as sole agent. There was one open for inspection and within eight days of us signing with her, she had sold our house at a price with which we were very happy. She was proactive for her vendors, readily available to deal with any questions and to organise any inspections that the purchasers wished to carry out. She is a delight to work with. She advised us on strategies for bidding at auction, and was active in assisting us to find a property. She even came, with a colleague, to the auction at which we were purchasers to complete the real estate cycle with us.
