He was well informed regarding the property and provided frank and fair advice prior to me making an offer. Paperwork was well explained and follow up was smooth and well executed. Still waiting on settlement but do not expect any issues.

My wife and I approached Nyal outside of business hours to discuss a property we were contemplating the purchase of. Nyal was extremely approachable and accommodating, especially considering the initial contact was on a Saturday afternoon. He provided us with all the information on the property and answered all of our questions in a succinct and timely manner. The whole process was made very simple by Nyal being proactive.
Nyal went above and beyond helping with the sale of my grandparents much beloved home. Communication was brilliant and I was so impressed with the maintenance he did on the home (which was empty) while it was on the market. If the garden got out of hand, Nyal would fix it! Will definitely use Nyal again!
Nyal proved himself to be approachable, informative, understanding of needs and also true to his word. He "after sales" support is also 100%, something that is lacking a lot these days.
Nyal is a great agent. As a buyer, you tend to feel like the agent is on the sellers side. Not so with Nyal. We could tell he loves his job and was genuinely negotiating for both parties. Even though all the paperwork has been signed, Nyal still makes time to touch base with us to see how we are travelling prior to settlement.
We've had a few very poor experiences with real estate agents, so we were a little cautious in our choice of an agent to sell our current property. We honestly could not have been happier with the service and support we had from Nyal. He could not do enough for either ourselves or our purchaser. This was my first foray into the real estate market and Nic was very supportive and patient explaining the ins and outs of the process.
We were buyers, not sellers, so Nyal was obviously trying to get us to buy a house rather than represent us. From that perspective, I'd say he did a good job selling. He knew what things to focus on so we'd be interested (very targetted selling - he even mentioned that there were quolls in the area, a particular interest of mine!) and he was tireless in negotiating for his clients. I think they'd be pretty happy with the result he got for them.
Nyal was personable, friendly and was very active in following up with my wife and I when we were looking for our new home. Nyal found the perfect property for us and made our young daughters feel very much a part of the process. Our only concern was after the sale and in the run up to settlement when we had limited contact with Nyal. I would have preferred more updates from Nyal during this process. I felt when there was a problem with the checks on the house Nyal was not across the issues and we had to sort these things out without his support. In fairness we didn’t call him, but there was no contact from him either. This would have made us feel better supported. He is a lovely guy and he made a good negotiator for the sellers. This is only aimed at being constructive criticism. on the whole he was very helpful in locating our new home and I wish him well.
