As a buyer, I understand Nyal was working for the vendor. I believe I got the place for a fair price. Nyal has been responsive to my calls and messages, even after the sale, sorting out some issues not realised prior to sale. There were some boundary issues with the property which extended settlement another 2 months. It would have been smoother if this was picked up before putting it on the market, but I don't know if that's realistic or whose responsibility that is.
