Both my wife and I are very happy with Nyall Greene's professional handling of the sale of our first property at Cora Lynn. From the outset, Nyall kept us posted and advised on each inspection and the likelihood of securing a sale. Nyall was upfront regarding costs and fees we would have to pay in the process of the sale. Nyall also was readily available if I happened to call into Nelson Partners' Pakenham office to discuss any query or to clarify process. In addition, Nyall relayed an offer I was making to the purchaser to accept a number of furniture items, and communicated the purchaser's response promptly as soon as this was known. T the time of Nyall's short overseas break, he ensured that another member of the First National team (viz. Mr Matt Clark) was available to answer further questions, etc. as they arose. All in all, Nyall's handling of the sale was conducted in a manner which made things much easier for someone like me who had not put a property up for sale before.
