Pushy agent
Buyers beware: Pushy agent ultimately left us as buyers feeling rushed in to purchasing. Phone calls and contracts thrown in our face as soon as we expressed interest, quoting 'another interested party' and letting us know verbally that our bid was too low, but of course 'can''t tell' if it's too high. Once contract was signed, info about house was hard to get out of agent. Definitely feel like we got 'negotiated' out of a few thousand more than we could have paid for the property. The agent will argue that this is the nature of the beast, but at the end of the day it but a huge dampener on what should have been an exciting experience.

I'm sorry to hear that you felt that you were rushed into purchasing. At no point did I tell you that you had to buy the home or sign contracts. I was honest in my approach as I had 2 other parties interested in purchasing the home, and 1 other offer on the table. I'm unable to disclose other people offers as that is unethical. I gave you the opportunity for you to put in an offer so that you could secure a home that you love, which you did and you have, I gave the same opportunity to the other buyer and they missed out. I'm not sure what other information you requested that I didn't give to you. Please call or email me to discuss in further detail if you wish. In my experience when purchasers secure the home that ticks all the boxes sometimes they do stretch there budgets but you won't regret it as you enjoy the home and i'm sure the next purchaser of your home will see the same value when it's there turn to buy.
