The purchase of that property was a bit bumpy for us but finally got there. Nyree helped a lot with the extensions we always required because of a bad first experience with a mortgage broker. The next one we got was absolutely helpful and had lots of knowledge , but he had to change contracts again because of the new advice given and generally go through time extensions etc. Nyree was patient, supporting and negotiating good with the previous house owners. With the great help and negotiation of her and of the second mortgage broker we got, we finally got there!
