We picked Nyree after reading the reviews from "Rate My Agent" and were not disappointed. Her knowledge of the area and her communication skills were excellent. She pick the correct marketing strategy for us and price point. She also had existing contacts that were interested in a property like ours. We were trying to sell during the start of the Omicron wave and we had an older family member living in the property. Nyree but in place additional protocols for inspections to ensure that she kept our family member safe. Our property was under contract in around 10 days for a price that we were happy to accept. We would have no hesitate in using Nyree again for real estate transactions in her area.
