I have found Nyree to be a very charismatic agent . We had another agent but unfortunately his personality did not coinside with our home. Nyrees personality was great , as we wanted an agent that would appreciate the personality of home . As a women agent she sold our home very admirably . I am a first home buyer......like a lion to the kill..... Nyree obviously showed the home owner how to hide everything......advertised as large entertainment area.... yes..... except the gutter is completely stuffed. I have to now rip down the entire area to fix it....since moving in I have discovered one defect after another..... bare cables run through walls.... that were hidden before...... it is not only illegal work.... but a fire hazard. As a first home buyer I would have liked to have moved into a CLEAN house. Who knew I had to specify that..... she won't tell you. As a first home buyer with no experience.....I was rushed through the finance stage....over my Christmas holidays......which I got done. Yet she gave the home owner a 6 week contract.....which cost me another 3 weeks rent.....$1800...... but I am guessing she got there sale as well..... I was told the swing set at the back of the house was staying..... on settlement day.....I found a dirt patch where it used to be. Nyree after being more concerned with who was winning the super bowl....... gave me blank look..... oh I didn't realise...... I guess that is because her commission check was going to be cashed that afternoon..... Here is the bit you should really read...... do not let her recommend a convayencer for you...... or a building and pest.....be ware
