She is a clear, transparent and effective communicator, which I’m sure benefits buyers as well as sellers. She is warm and empathetic, which I think is particularly important, as one of the most stressful events in anyone’s life is selling and buying a home. She has an great team to back her up: queries and concerns are promptly responded to either by her or by a member of her team. I was also kept up to date with what was happening with the sale of my house.
