Never gives up

Planning for retirement, we chose Nyree to sell our home on a recommendation from friends and family. From the outset, Nyree was straight-talking but optimistic too. Nyree's advertising package was amazing and generated a lot of early interest. Then, the COVID pandemic hit and the whole market plummeted. For months, we waited nervously to see what would come of our sale - and our retirement dreams. Never to be deterred, Nyree tenaciously followed-up an interested party resulting in a conditional offer - but they too fell victim to the pandemic and the deal fell through. Luckily for us, Nyree hadn't given up and had been following-up and finding other interested parties in the tough market. Her efforts paid-off and resulted in an offer (higher than the first buyers) and successful sale. We were impressed with Nyree's tenacity and committment to close the sale of our home.
